　ケルビン・チウ（Kelvin Chiu/屈文馨）が代表取締役を務めるソーシャルレンディング事業者ガイアファンディング（Gaia funding Cayman Ltd.）は、
2018年11月22日、取り扱う全ファンドの同時期失（ファンド数138本/約42億円）を発表した。
　2019年4月26日以降、返済計画のメールは完全に途絶え、被害者に対する説明会は一切開かれていない。
　被害者として、訴訟に必要な情報管理を目的とし、該社およびmaneoマーケット株式会社からの進捗報告等、必要な情報をすべて記録します。
