ケルビン・チウ（Kelvin Chiu/屈 文馨）が代表取締役を務めるソーシャルレンディング事業者ガイアファンディング（Gaia funding Cayman Ltd.）は、
2018年11月22日、取り扱う全ファンドの同時期失（ファンド数138本/約42億円）を発表した。
2019年4月26日以降、返済計画のメールは完全に途絶え、被害者に対する説明会は一切開かれていない。
被害者として、訴訟に必要な情報管理を目的とし、該社およびmaneoマーケット株式会社からの進捗報告等、必要な情報をすべて記録します。

調べたところ、2020年3月19日に登記を更新して閉鎖したようです。
ガイアアセットマネジメント株式会社（ガイアアセットマネジメント）は、2016年12月05日設立のケルビンチウが社長/代表を務める東京都港区六本木7丁目7番7号Tri-SevenRoppongi8階にかつて実在した法人です（法人番号: 6010401128623）。最終登記更新は2020/03/19で、閉鎖を実施しました。
