ケルビン・チウ（Kelvin Chiu/屈 文馨）が代表取締役を務めるソーシャルレンディング事業者ガイアファンディング（Gaia funding Cayman Ltd.）は、
2018年11月22日、取り扱う全ファンドの同時期失（ファンド数138本/約42億円）を発表した。
2019年4月26日以降、返済計画のメールは完全に途絶え、被害者に対する説明会は一切開かれていない。
被害者として、訴訟に必要な情報管理を目的とし、該社およびmaneoマーケット株式会社からの進捗報告等、必要な情報をすべて記録します。

もはや訴訟を起こされることを前提に裁判対策に注力しているものと考えます。
回収の見込みがないので投資家を欺き続ける力のベクトルを裁判対策に向けているのでしょう。
くだらないFAQチャットボットの追加がいい例です。
頭が悪過ぎて反吐が出ますね。
