ケルビン・チウ（Kelvin Chiu/屈 文馨）が代表取締役を務めるソーシャルレンディング事業者ガイアファンディング（Gaia funding Cayman Ltd.）は、
2018年11月22日、取り扱う全ファンドの同時期失（ファンド数138本/約42億円）を発表した。
2019年4月26日以降、返済計画のメールは完全に途絶え、被害者に対する説明会は一切開かれていない。
被害者として、訴訟に必要な情報管理を目的とし、該社およびmaneoマーケット株式会社からの進捗報告等、必要な情報をすべて記録します。

これまで当ブログではwebに散乱した情報からウェンシン・チウがケルビン・チウの親族ではないかという解析結果を出しましたが、両者は同一人物であることが判明しました。
下図はマネオが公開したガイアファンディング訴訟提起の通知ですが、代表取締役「屈文馨」とあります。また「屈文馨」の読み方を翻訳機で調べると「ウェンシン・チウ（Wenshin Chiu）」となります。よって、ガイアファンディング代表取締役ケルビン・チウ（Kelvin Chiu）と同一人物であると断定できます。
おそらく、ケルビン・チウは発音のし易さなど米国での都合を踏まえたビジネスネームでしょう。
